Return Policy

Here at Boat Carpet Central we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return the unused merchandise within 30 days of the date in which it was shipped to you, and we will issue a refund of your purchase price or make the exchange of your choice.

Any item returned to us after 30 days will incur a 10% restock fee.

To return or exchange merchandise, please contact our customer service department by emailing support@boatcarpetcentral.com or call us toll free 866-237-0075. Your representative will give you a return authorization number. Please enter this number at the top of our Return Authorization Form that will be emailed to you.

Please indicate the reason for your return and the action to be taken (exchange or refund). For your protection, please insure your package for its full value. Unfortunately, we do not accept parcels sent via freight, collect, or COD.  Customers wishing to make a return are responsible for the costs associated with shipping the product back to our facilities.

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed within 5 - 7 business day. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. The returned item must be in saleable condition, meaning it must be in the same condition in which you received it, and it must be in its original box and/or packaging.

**All special orders items or custom cut items are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.**

** Our standard cuts of carpet are 16', 20', 25' and 30' any sizes other then these are considered special order. 

Color Sample Request:

  • Before purchasing carpet, we strongly encourage our customers to request carpet samples to ensure the color of their carpet.  If you are unhappy with the color of carpet you recieved, we cannot be responsible for returning it.  Returns are welcome but it will be at the expense of the customer.

 

Damaged Items:

  • Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged.
  • You must contact us within 21 business days of receiving a damaged order. This is the deadline that FedEx gives us for filing your damage claims. If you wait longer than 21 days, we will need to charge a 15% replacement fee, because of the additional cost to us.
  • In order for your damage claim to be processed as quickly as possible, please provide us with a photo of the damage so we can work through the proper channels. For further instructions on damaged items procedures, please contact us by phone, toll free @ 866-237-0075 or by email @ support@boatcarpetcentral.com
  • Please be very careful when opening your roll of carpet or box of glue, as we cannot be responsible for damage caused by cutting open the heavy duty plastic wrap or cardboard boxes. Any boat carpet or boat glue damaged during unpacking cannot be returned to us for full credit.
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped or while it is in transit are responsible for all shipping costs and fees incurred to cancel or reschedule the shipment plus a 15% restocking fee.  IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER YOU MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY as you will be responsible for all costs associated with restocking and rerouting the shipment.

To return the merchandise, simply fill out the return information on the back of the packing slip and send it with the unused merchandise to:
