For our customer's convenience we offer Fast, FREE shipping on most all of our products via FedEx Ground. For these products our Fast, FREE shipping can only be offered when the item that you have purchased is shipping within the continental USA. However, we welcome international shoppers and will happily ship any of our items to destinations outside the continental USA for an additional shipping charge.

*IMPORTANT* - Currently, the ONE and ONLY item on this site that we are unable to offer FREE shipping for is our sheets of Marine Grade Plywood. These sheets of plywood decking must ship freight from our location in Indiana to yours. -

**All other items (carpet, parts, hardware, glue) listed on this site will ship for FREE. You never have to qualify for FREE shipping. Every single product except for our sheets of Marine Plywood will ship for FREE no matter your purchase total.**

At BoatCarpetCentral.com your boat carpet will be shipped with 24-72 hours. On average our customers have been receiving their carpeting in 3-5 business days.

Once you place an order with us, you will receive a copy of your receipt via email within 15 minutes of placing an order. If you do not receive a receipt, please call us, as your order may not have processed correctly. At anytime after your order has been placed you can access your Boat Carpet Central account. Simply log into your account by clicking the "LogIn" link on the left hand side of this page, for your convenience you will be able to view receipts, access previous orders, track your shipments or print a copy of your receipt.

The FedEx truck arrives at our supplier's warehouse at around 11:30 am each business day. Orders placed before this time will be entered and in most cases shipped out that same day. Any orders placed after this time  will processed and sent to our supplier the next morning before the FedEx truck arrives. If you order after this time then in most cases your carpet will be on the truck the next morning. Once your item is shipped FedEx will send us a tracking number for your item. We will then update your Boat Carpet Central account with this information. An email with this information will also be automatically sent to the email address you have saved in your account. Boat Carpet Rolls:

Your boat carpeting will be shipped within 24-72 hours of placing your order.

Boat Carpet Adhesive:

Our marine grade carpet adhesive ships separately from our rolls of marine carpeting. Orders for our boat carpet glue placed before 4pm (EST) will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 4pm (EST) will be shipped out the following day.

Marine Grade Hardware:

Orders for our marine hardware placed before 4pm (EST) will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 4pm (EST) will be shipped out the following day.

Marine Plywood Shipping:

Our marine plywood must ship via freight to your home or business. During the checkout process please provide your phone number in the given field. After you have completed the checkout process we will contact you that same day, or our next business day, to provide you with your freight quote. Please feel free to contact us any time before or during the checkout process if you would like us to provide you with a freight quote before you complete your order. (866.237.0075)

Inspecting your New Boat Carpet:

Your roll of boat carpet will be packaged in a 6 mil heavy duty plastic. Please be very careful when opening the roll of marine carpeting as it cuts very easily with a razor knife. Unroll your new boat carpet and inspect it for any imperfections.

Storage of Boat Glue:

Upon arrival of your boat glue, store your boat adhesive inside and away from freezing temperatures. Please do not let your boat glue freeze or get cold as the recommended temperature to apply your boat glue is above 60 degrees. If your boat adhesive has been applied to your boat carpet, it can not be returned for a refund. Also do not let your newly installed boat carpet set out in the rain. This will stop the curing process and you may have to re-install new boat carpet and glue.
