At Boat Carpet Central, our 24oz Complete Pontoon Boat Plywood Kits Includes everything you need to redeck your pontoon boat! What you are using in our replacement pontoon deck kits are the same products used by Today's Pontoon Boat Manufacturer's!

Our Pontoon Decking Kits are very easy to install.
1. Remove Old Marine Plywood
2. Cut Deck Joint Tape in 8' sections and place deck tape across your aluminum cross channels. We recommend doing only the aluminum cross channels where two pieces of plywood join together. Our Deck Joint Tape will prevent water from seeping up from underneath the deck and getting the boat carpet wet.
2. Next, Secure your Marine Plywood with either Decks Screws or Deck Bolts to the pontoon boat cross channels. You will want to space the hardware approx 12" - 16" apart.
3. Brush off any Debris before applying your marine adhesive with a trowel or medium nap paint roller. After you apply the boat carpet glue you will want to use a roller or heavy rolling object and press firmly the glue onto the new pontoon deck. Depending on weather conditions please allow 24 - 48 Hrs to dry.
